Before making a commitment
Scope, deliverables, arrangements, price and conditions are set out in a specific proposal. Agent development, tool subscriptions and maintenance are separate items. Funding is not guaranteed. Full contractual terms will be provided before commitment; this website page is not a final set of sales terms.
Contracting entity
Depending on the service, the contract may be entered into with Cédric Agniel as a sole trader, or with a French business and employment cooperative (CAE), under the applicable agreement. The contracting entity’s full identity, contact details and terms will be stated in the quotation, agreement or contract before any commitment. That entity will issue the invoice. AC & CO is a brand, not a separate legal entity.
Defining the service
Before commitment, a proposal sets out objectives, scope, deliverables, schedule, prerequisites and responsibilities. It must identify the contracting and invoicing entity.
Price and costs
The proposal specifies prices, applicable taxes, payment arrangements and expenses. AI development, tool subscriptions, maintenance and enhancements are separate items.
Training and AI solutions
Training has tailored objectives and learning arrangements. Technical solutions require authorised data and access, testing and agreed acceptance criteria. Examples do not guarantee funding, quantified gains or uninterrupted operation.
Terms before commitment
Cancellation, rescheduling, acceptance, ownership, confidentiality, data handling, maintenance and complaints will be covered by applicable contracts. Consumer provisions, including withdrawal and mediation where applicable, must be included in the chosen framework. Service-specific terms are provided before any commitment.
