Your data and enquiries
This policy describes the data used to respond to your enquiries and operate the website. The site links to telephone, email, WhatsApp, Calendly and Brevo-hosted forms that open after your click; it has no customer account. Do not include sensitive data in an initial enquiry.
Controller and data
Cédric Agniel, a French sole trader, controls the processing of enquiries received for his business. His contact details appear in the legal notice. Depending on the enquiry, data includes your name, contact details, company, messages and appointment details. Providing this information is voluntary; without necessary details, we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal.
Purposes and legal bases
Responding to a service enquiry and preparing a quotation rely on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Service delivery relies on the contract. Other enquiries and website security rely on legitimate interests in communicating and operating the service. Records required by law are processed to comply with legal obligations. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients and external services
Cédric Agniel accesses enquiries. Email, booking and hosting providers process information needed for their services. IONOS provides domain email; bookings use Calendly and the WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp. Vercel hosts the website and may process technical data such as IP addresses, requests and security logs. Contact links do not load an embedded calendar or assistant before you click.
Services contracted through a CAE
If your service is contracted through a French business and employment cooperative, its identity and relevant data-processing information will be provided before contracting and before any necessary transfer of your enquiry file.
Retention
Correspondence is kept while handling your enquiry and preparing a possible proposal. When an enquiry is closed without further action, only information needed for agreed follow-up or to document the exchanges is retained for the period needed for that purpose. If a contract is agreed, records are kept during performance and then, where necessary, in restricted archives for applicable statutory retention or limitation periods. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s settings and rules.
International transfers
Some services, including Vercel, Calendly and WhatsApp, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their data-protection documents explain destinations and applicable safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and exercise objection or portability rights where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. Write to contact@agniel-consulting.com or the business address in the legal notice. You may complain to the French supervisory authority, CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr. This website makes no automated decisions with legal effects.
Diagnostic, free guide and newsletter
Brevo hosts the forms, which open after your click. Diagnostic information is used to understand your enquiry and contact you; consent may be withdrawn at any time. Your email address and confirmation records may also be used to deliver a requested guide or, with separate consent, send advice and offers by newsletter. Requesting the guide does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link or contact@agniel-consulting.com. Enquiries with no further action are retained only as needed for processing and agreed follow-up, for no more than three years after the last active contact.
